Why Are My Numbers Off?

Why the freeze dryer screen and HashyLink app can differ, and what to send support.

If the numbers on your freeze dryer’s screen are different from what you see in the app, please send us a message on Discord and we’ll address it immediately.

We’re telling you what’s happening with your hash

There is a ton of variance between model years and different firmware versions. We’re taking in the raw voltage reading from your sensors.

  • The data we’re recording is raw and accurate.
  • There’s a lot of variance on Harvest Right units from year to year and firmware to firmware.
  • It takes a little adjusting to make sure the values match your screen.
  • We do that adjustment automatically, but if yours is off, we may need to address it manually.
